Trick or treating isn't as easy to come by at our age so we've got to make up for it in other ways.

The Best Halloween Events For Any And All Students In Tampa

Halloween is approaching... fast! And if you're like me and love Halloween, you want to participate in as many halloween activities before the month is over. Trick or treating isn't as easy to come by at our age so we've got to make up for it in other ways. Luckily, there are plenty of events going in tampa in the spirit of halloween, so we can all celebrate as much as we want to!

Guavaween or Pranaween

Date: October 24th

Time: 6:00 pm

If you're into the club scene, the Cuban Club and Prana host a halloween event every year. Guavaween's theme this year will be inspired by the post-apocalyptic world portrayed in the recent popular movie Mad Max: Fury Road Highway to Hell, the popular AC/DC tribute band will take the main stage along with other rock bands such as The Scream Machine.

Haunted Woods

Date: October 24th
Times: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Hillsborough River State Park is hosting this event with admission of $10 per person. Walk through the woods for a fun and spooky time, as well as enjoying the family tram ride. A costume contest will be held both nights, and don't forget to bring some extra cash as refreshments will be available to purchase.

Free Family Movie Under the Stars: Monster’s Inc.

Date: October 23
Time: 7:00 pm

The amenity center in Wesley Chapel hosts a monthly movie under the stars much like USF's movie on the lawn. In the spirit of Halloween, this month they're playing Monsters Inc. Oh and did I mention it's free?

Pumpkin Beer Takeover

Date: October 24th

Time: 10:00 AM

The brass tap in Ybor will be tapping all of your favorite pumpkin beers! Some of the beers include:
Southern Tier Pumking
Southern Tier Warlock
Funky Buddha Sweet Potato Casserole
Uinta Jacked Imperial Pumpkin
Florida Ave Gourd Shorts
St Pete Drop Dead Gourd
Motorworks Pumpkin Ale

Additionally, $2.50 Pumpkin shooters will be available all night.

Citrus Park Fall Festival

Westfield citrus park will hold this event will feature:
Vendors and Exhibitors
Live Entertainment
Costume Parade
Swag Bags
Giveaways
