Syllabus week is an eagerly anticipated week for most. While school might be starting up again, teachers aren't teaching full lessons yet, you have little to no homework, and you and your recently reunited friends get to celebrate all week long.
You check your class schedule and realize you regrettably signed up for a 9 am class.
One of your teachers thinks this is the 5th grade, not college, and makes you do icebreakers.
Even worse, another teacher starts lecturing on the first day.
Parking on campus is a nightmare and you regret not walking.
There are so many people on campus, you just want to run back to your room and hide.
Still, it's the first week back at school so you and your friends decide to get rowdy.
It's dollar drinks and you remember why you love college so much.
Until the next morning when you look in your wallet and realize you went a little too hard.
You relax though because you don't have class until 1 P.M. so you have plenty of time to recover.
You attempt to get your life together and order your textbooks, but unfortunately, they seem to made out of gold and cost more than your rent.
You go out again that night to mourn the $200 you just spent on textbooks.
And the next night, and the next night.
Happy Syllabus week to all, and to all a good night!
