It is that time again ladies and gentlemen! The "Survivor" season is upon us! As you all know, this season's cast is an all new one that is divided along age lines. Generation X is anyone born between the early 1960's to the early 1980's. Millennials are anything after that. It probably will go away after a few weeks, but for now that is what we have to work with. So without further ado lets jump right in!

The Millennials Tribe

Adam Klein

Age: 25

Occupation: Homeless Shelter Manager

I am really torn about Adam. On his bio, he looks great. He seems very smart and selfless. He is playing for his sick mother as well. Adam compares himself to Spencer and Hayden Moss from "Big Brother 12" and "Survivor: Blood Vs. Water." I do see Spencer in him, but I see all the bad things about Spencer. Like Spencer, Adam is very smart and a superfan. However, when he speaks in his video. He gives off a very arrogant vibe and I can see him being so focused on the game that he begins to forget to play a social game and that could ultimately be his downfall. To look at the complete opposite of that, him being so selfless in his daily life could be his downfall in "Survivor." This game is all about self-interest. Yes, there is instances where you have to get people to see your side by giving them incentives, but that still is looking out for yourself. Adam could become to appeasing to his allies and begin to be a doormat. I think this is less likely than my first observation, though. Adam could surprise me. I think how he does is really going to depend on how his tribe does and what he contributes to it.

Prediction: Merge

Hannah Shapiro

Age: 24

Occupation: Barista

If Hannah isn't a Millennial, then I don't know what is. She is definitely a little out there. Hannah is a superfan as well and she says she is most like Cochran. However, I can promise you that she doesn't have the same insecurities as Cochran did. She said she doesn't think she can survive for "Survivor," though, which you can look at one of two ways: One, her lack of confidence could be good. By going into a game like "Survivor" without the mindset that you are going to win, could allow more flexibility in the game. It could also spell disaster for you. I think Hannah could potentially play an alright social game, but her being a superfan could also cause her to overplay her hand. I think she could play out of this game early or be brought along as a jury Goat because her personality will get on so many people's nerves. Ms. Shapiro is a real toss up for me so it will be interesting to see how far she makes it.

Prediction: Merge

Jessica "Figgy" Figueroa

Age: 23

Occupation: Bartender

Figgy is an interesting person to look at coming into this game. I didn't get a ton of "out there" vibes like I got from Hannah. She seems intelligent and I will go out on a limb and say she is the most attractive female on the season which will work to her advantage if she uses it right. She has a lot of interests in the outdoors so I don't think the survival aspect of it will be a problem for her. She compares herself to Stephanie LaGrossa which honestly is something I can see. Figgy looks like a competitor and that's exactly what Stephanie was. Her saying she wants to lead her tribe is a little worrisome because typically that always backfires on people, but looking at some of the other big personalities on her tribe she needs to just fade into the background until the merge. After that, I think that is when she can do some real damage and possibly go on an immunity run.

Prediction: Merge

Justin "Jay" Starrett

Age: 27

Occupation: Real Estate Agent

"Survivor" might've just found the next Joey Amazing, but smarter. Jay is the typical archetype that "Survivor" usually casts as the athletic guy that is great in challenges and good outdoors. However, unlike Joe and Ozzy, I get more of a Malcolm vibe from Jay. Jay seems extremely intelligent. Usually when people say that they are like Russell Hantz, that usually means their social game is not fantastic. That is what happened with Jason last year. However, when I watched Jay's video I didn't get the arrogance that I got from Jason. Instead, there was a very intelligent man that sounded like he knows the game of "Survivor." He wants to employ my personal favorite strategy into the game with aligning with everyone then casually stabbing people in the back as he goes along. This is a very tough thing to do, but I love when it works and I think Jay can make it happen. Not only does he sound smart, he is very athletic and seems very flirtatious. This guy has it all. In any other season, I wouldn't give Jay much of a shot to win, but the cast divided along generational lines, I feel like this is where Jay will thrive. He's 27 and seems like he could really gel well with the Gen-X tribe as well as his own. I have Jay going deep in the game.

Prediction: Merge

Mari Takahashi

Age: 31

Occupation: Gamer

Mari is interesting to me. She is very weird but in a good way. She seems like she has a lot of experiences in her life with different people that could really help with her social game. She also says she wants to play like Yul and Kelley Wentworth, which aren't bad names to throw up on someone you want to play like. Mari is going to hit the beach and she needs to lay low. She comes across as someone that might be a little bossy and she needs to make sure that she is doesn't fall into that role early on. She also needs to not show how strong she is in challenges with her background in ballet before the merge. This could make her a prime target to be a merge boot. Nevertheless, Mari will make the merge.

Prediction: Merge

Michaela Bradshaw

Age: 25

Occupation: Vacation Club Sales

This is the first person of the season that I don't think is going to make the merge. Michaela's video and bio was just not all that impressive to me. She seemed boring. To be fair, I said the same thing about Michele last season and she ended up winning. However, I don't think Michaela's social game is going to be that great. Something that has been reoccurring in these cast bios is that the Millennials really like to state their opinion. Some of them sound like they will be able to control it or use their charm to get there. Michaela is not one of them. She also talks a lot about religion in her bio and while that is not a bad thing, on "Survivor," people that are really religious can really rub people the wrong way. Michaela strikes me as someone that is going to be very confrontational and provide some fireworks the first couple of weeks, but that is all she will be able to do.

Prediction: Pre-Merge

Michelle Schubert

Age: 28

Occupation: Missionary Recruiter

You think that Michaela is religious? This girl is over the top about it. Her whole video about it was that she was just recently granted full repentance and is a new person. Well Michelle, you are about to play "Survivor" and this game requires you to lie and manipulate people. She also says that she has a boyfriend, but she isn't going to tell anyone about that. I think I can already see a potential story line developing. Michelle has Brandon Hantz upside and I know that is pretty extreme to say. She is going to start off playing then she is going to be conflicted about what she is doing. She is just going to fall apart and be so neurotic these people will have to vote her off before the merge.

Prediction: Pre-Merge

Taylor Lee Stocker

Age: 24

Occupation: Snowboard Instructor

Does anyone else get reminded of Vince Sly when looking at this guy? Okay maybe not as weird as Vince, but still this guy's game might end early just like Vince's. Taylor seems like your typical bro that is just going to try to beast it out early in the competitions, but they will lose. He will then keep pushing to control the vote, people will get annoyed by this, and then vote him out. He is going to rub people the wrong way because he wants to play like Woo. Woo is a terrible game player, but he is a fun guy. This guy is going to try entirely too hard early on and get voted off. If he does manage to make it to the merge, though, he will be a severe challenge threat and people will get him off at the first chance they get. This guy could prove me wrong, but I just don't see it.

Prediction: Pre-Merge

Will Wahl

Age: 18

Occupation: High School Student

The youngest person to ever play Survivor is Mr. Wahl. To be honest, I usually am out on the younger players, but not Will. Will seems way more mature than he really is. He also knows the game of "Survivor" really well. If this was back in the day where people didn't know what "Survivor" was and just showed up, I would say Will is done. Will is a superfan, though, and he will be able to use this to his advantage. He seems like a nice kid too. He could easily get walked all over, but I just don't see it. He also said he wants to play his own game, but he does love Randy Bailey which is always a positive in my book. Will's biggest strength is knowing that he could easily get picked off because he is the youngest. He will be on his toes all the time and I could see him somehow getting to finale night,

Prediction: Merge

Zeke Smith

Age: 28

Occupation: Asset Manager

One of two things is going to happen to Zeke. He is either going to be first boot or he is going to go deep. Zeke is by far the biggest personality on this tribe and is going to be really fun to watch. He wants to be like Tony Vlachos and he is either going to be alright at it or fail miserably. Zeke is going to cause drama, he is going to cause headaches, and he is going to get on people's nerves. Yet, Zeke is going to be one of the best players on this tribe. He is going to be funny at the same time while doing it which will help him tremendously. Believe it or not, Zeke is going to make the merge and then will be back for another season down the road.

Prediction: Merge

Out of all these Millennials, I think Jay has the best shot of pulling this thing off, but who knows? Joining him in the merge will be Zeke, Will, Mari, Figgy, Hannah and Adam. Stay tuned for the Gen-X Cast Assessment coming Wednesday!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
