September is Suicide Prevention Month. To me, this is very important -- which is why all of my pieces this month will have something to do with suicide prevention or mental illness/health. This first piece will be a list of songs to help someone with mental health issues because music can help someone so much. This list was created with the help of my friends at the Buddy Project, a great organization that everyone should really check out. In hopes to help someone out, here's a list of songs that have to do with mental illness and struggles people go through.
