Summer.

It is the season majority of the population looks forward to because this time of ueagraces us with warm weather and no educational responsibilities. The sun shines endlessly and layers of clothes are optional.

With that said, summer brings us some great opportunities to style and profile with ease. This summer, the trends are hot, and I will give you the run-down on the awesome styles for the season. If you are looking for a hot new outfit and just do not know what to buy, check out my super brief list below.

1. Bardot Tops

These items of clothing, also known as off-the-shoulder-tops, are trending this summer. They are super cute and show off your shoulders in a subtly sassy way. The tops are easy to accessorize with. I personally opt for chokers when wearing the shirt. The tops are sold at most clothing stores such as Forever21, FashionNova, and American Eagle.

2. Midriff Tops

Some people are afraid to wear the midriff style, but it is super cute and anyone can attempt it if worn properly. You can dress it up or dress it down with denim jeans, skirts, or shorts. One can even pair it with a cute bomber jacket, whenever the weather decides to be a little chilly. These crop tops are also sold at most retail stores, but I would check out Forever21 for the best deal.

3. Bodysuits

Although these suits feel like you are wearing a legit leotard, these articles of clothing can really save you if you have trouble finding an outfit. A bodysuit can be worn a thousand different ways and you never have to worry about your top becoming untucked.

4. Rompers/Jumpsuits

These one-piece wonders are outfits in themselves, meaning you never have to spend hours picking out a cute outfit. With that said, they are easy to accessorize and can be worn dressed up or dressed down. Slap on some heels and you will look as fire as the summer heat.

5. Maxi Dresses

This is another clothing piece that's perfect for people who just can't find an outfit. I love these dresses because they are comfortable, casual, and classy. These articles of clothing revel in the summer spirit.

6. Strappy Heels

They are just cute, enough said.

7. Two-Piece Outfit Sets

These also work as outfits in themselves, except they are two-piece sets. Two-piece sets are versatile and they offer you so many options, whether you wear the pieces together or separately.

Hopefully my list of trends help you all find the perfect summer outfit. Happy shopping!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
