5 Ways Broke College Students Can Make Easy Money In Their Free Time

We all know how much textbooks can cost, so why not sell your old textbooks online? A lot of students are willing to pay money for a discounted price on the textbook they need for class.

As summer starts to wind down, students across the country are getting ready to go back to school. After seeing your tuition bill, you start to worry about how you will be able to pay your other expenses. Well, do not fear because I have ways for you to save some money.

1. Cashback deals

Cashback deals are pretty amazing. We all know how much back to school shopping can cost and it's not pretty. Did you know that because you purchased certain items or because you shopped at a certain store, you can get cash back? Even getting gas for your car can get you some cash back. Uber even offers Uber credits if you shop at certain places!

2. Complete surveys online

Have some free time and want to earn easy cash? Try taking paid surveys online. Surveys can take only 10-20 minutes but they are totally worth it. Once you start, it'll become addicting, I promise!

3. Sell old textbooks!

We all know how much textbooks can cost, so why not sell your old textbooks online? A lot of students are willing to pay money for a discounted price on the textbook they need for class. It's an easy way to earn money.

4. Old clothes

Do you have any clothes you're not interested in wearing anymore? You can sell the clothes or accessories that you didn't like online to someone who loves them! A lot of people are into sneakers these days and would love to get them off your hands if you don't want them anymore.

5. Blogging

It can be a tedious process, but I promise you'll love it! You'll love the benefits of blogging and it can be a big stress reliever for you during the school year. You can earn a lot of money through blogging and you can slowly expand your blog.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
