5 Easy Steps To Being Couple Goals

Nothing is better than you and your boo being known as goals!

5 Easy Steps To Being Couple Goals

Every couple has the dream of being considered, "couple goals." The term has become one of the highest compliments you could receive. So how do you become known as the cutest couple around? Follow these steps and you will achieve the highest status of the relationship world.

Become inseparable

The best feeling is when people begin to assume your boo is around you. When a group hang out comes along, they know there will be a plus one. I understand that many people need time to themselves, but there are ways to be together while also not exactly being together.

Try to have a good relationship with your partner's family

Being on good terms with your partner's family is crucial. Being invited to family events will strengthen your relationship, while also showing how, possibly, serious your relationship is becoming. Bringing your plus one will also show them that they are welcome, and that in itself is a very comforting feeling.

Be friends with their friends

This tip is great to a certain extent. Many people are torn between hanging out with their friends or with their partner. By being friends, you eliminate the issue. Now, you don't want to be too friendly, but being able to be one of the guys/girls is a big plus in a relationship.

Try their hobbies out

If your dating an outdoorsy person, but that isn't your style, try it out. Go on a hike, or fish with them, then maybe go back in and show them your favorite movie. Trying out new things shows your partner and others, that you want to be around each other no matter what the activity is.

Take pictures

Taking cute pictures not only fun, but they create memories. Having cute pictures also gives you a chance to show off your partner, whether it be on social media, or simply a cell phone wallpaper.

By following these steps, you will find yourself reaching new levels in your relationship. Show off your partner and receive the compliment of being "couple goals."

The pandemic has been in our world for more than half of 2020 and people are still acting stupid. If anything, they're getting stupider. They think that the virus is gone. It's not. Stop going to frat parties. Stop trying to go places without a mask. I wish things were normal, too. They're not.

In the summer of 2017, 20 type 1 diabetics completed a 10-week 4,000+ mile bike ride from New York to California. They biked against the advice of doctors, family, and friends. Seasonal Depression Is Real And It Deserves Our Attention

Check in on your friends throughout the winter season, it can be brutal.

As we transition seasons and enter the last few months of the year, some are feeling grand about this natural shift. But that doesn't mean everyone is thrilled that the weather is cooling down — it's important to extend your knowledge to the phenomenon that is seasonal depression.

The lack of sunlight during the later seasons of the year, beginning with autumn, triggers a state of depression for about 15% of the population. This results in the lack of serotonin provided by the sun, causing it to be hard for some to do a lot of the things that would normally be deemed simple tasks to do during the earlier times in the year like getting out of bed, showering, going to work/school, etc. A major difference is an intense need for sleep similar to a hibernation effect.

September Is Suicide Awareness Month, But Mental Health Is An Everyday Discussion

Mental illnesses deserve our attention 365 days a year.

September is Suicide Awareness Month, providing an opportunity to raise awareness, further educate yourself, and remember the reality that mental illnesses present.
