Okay. I'll be the first to say it. SOMETIMES I am overdramatic. But, I am being real when I say being sick in the summer is the absolute WORST. It's only the first week of my summer, and I already have a double ear infection and a sinus infection. Yuck. I would even argue that being sick at home in the summer is worse than being sick alone in college. And there are stages of being sick in the summer.

1. Denial.

What do you mean I can't go to the lake with my friends for a few days?

2. Sleep.

Okay... so maybe I really am sick. Dang, I am tired.

3. Boredom.

So watching movies alone all day every day really isn't as fun as you would think.

4. Hope.

Things are looking up, and the antibiotics are kicking in.

5. Recovery.

And the bedrest is officially over. May the summer festivities begin!
