On Saint Patrick's Day, everyone enjoys going out or having parties at home. However, any good party comes with good snacks and drinks. To spice up your party, it's even better if you made everything Saint Patrick's Day themed in the same way you would make everything the same theme as any other holiday. Here are some fan favorites to get you started for your party this year.

1. Green Beer

This is a must. It's a party so a lot of people enjoy the alcoholic beverages, but on top of that it has to be green.

2. Green Cake

All it takes is regular vanilla cake batter and a little bit of green food coloring. Decorate with green sprinkles or even just green icing. If you don't want to make a whole cake, then make some cupcakes.

3. Mint. So Much Mint.

Mint is green and tasty, so it's the perfect combination for a treat for the party. Make chocolate mint cookies. Make chocolate mint brownies. Take the chocolate mint bars from Olive Garden. The possibilities are endless.

4. Green Krispie Treats

It's everyone's favorite treat, Rice Krispie treats. However, this time, you make them GREEN. Easy to make and easy to make St. Patrick's Day themed.

5. Shamrock Shake

Your milkshake will bring all the boys to the yard… especially on St. Patrick's Day. Regular milkshakes with a little mint or food coloring are perfect.

6. Key Lime Cheesecake Squares

Make it green. Because it's key lime. Boom.

7. Sherbet Punch

Add the sherbet, some lime, and some 7-up and BOOM. An easy punch to keep the people happy.

8. M&Ms

Pick out all the green M&Ms. That's right, all of them. Or just pre-order a bag of all green. I think either one works.

9. Fortune Cookies

You can order green fortune cookies online and then you don't have to do any preparation or cooking. Easy.

Basically, any normal treat works but you just want to make it green. I'm talking Dr. Seuss green eggs and ham type deal, but next level and a lot more extra. Everyone will appreciate the extra mile you went to make everything fit the theme and they'll enjoy your tasty sweets at the same time.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
