Oh, sorority girls. Life isn't all about blowing glitter and dancing around in bikinis like the recruitment videos make it seem. Being a sorority girl is not all fun and games. Sorority girls don't always have the best reputations because people make assumptions based on these stereotypes. Here are some telltale signs that a girl is in a sorority.

1. Doing the sorority squat:

I think it is almost physically impossible for a group of sorority girls to take a picture without that signature bend in the knees. It becomes a natural instinct for most sorority girls and sometimes they don't even know they are doing it.

2. Stealing fraternity composites:

A fun game that most sorority girls like to partake in. It is the ultimate sign of respect to have multiple fraternity composites hanging on your wall.

3. "Borrowing" fraternity boy's shirts:

There is nothing comfier than a guys t-shirt; I think that is a fact. Fraternity shirts are prized possessions and you will want to hold on to them for as long as possible. It is nice to return the shirts, but let's be real that probably won't happen.

4. Sharing clothes:

One of the best parts of joining a sorority is you get almost unlimited closets to shop in. You will also find friends who are more trendy than you and they insist on styling you before you go out at night.

5. Becoming obsessed with your big/little:

A big/little relationship is amazing. It's great to always have someone there to listen to you vent about all of your boy troubles and never judge you for making mistakes. They are also great because you will forever have someone to order pizza and watch movies with.

6. Throwing up your hand sign way too often:

Every time a sorority girl travels or does something somewhat exciting they will more than likely throw up their sorority hand sign. Almost every freshman's camera roll will be full of picture of them and their new sorority sisters using their hand sign.

7. Crazy spring breaks:

Boys are not the only ones that can have crazy spring breaks. Sorority girls want to have as much fun as possible during the week they dieted and fake tanned for all year long.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
