Greek Life is an amazing opportunity to meet new people, become more confident, and to get more involved on your college campus. The following are some feelings one might have while being a member of a sorority (as told in GIFs of Michael Scott, from "The Office," of course).
1. Bid Day
Bid Day is pretty much the best day of the year when you are part of a greek organization. You will always remember the day you ran home to all of your sisters.
2. Getting to know your new sisters
It can be a whirlwind of emotions when you meet everyone who is a part of your sorority. You know that so many great memories are yet to come.
3. When you don't know any of your organization's secrets yet
Don't worry, your time will come. For now, enjoy being a new member and learning new things every day (and getting a lot of gifts).
4. When it is big little week and you want to know who is picking you up
Never have you ever been more impatient than the week before you finally get your big. You hope that she will be as weird as you are, and hopefully give you a lot of T-shirts.
5. When you finally get your Big
You get the perfect person for you, and you can't wait for all of the exciting memories you get to experience in the future.
6. When there is a Grab-a-Date and you don't know who to take
Why do they put you through this torture? This just might be the most stressful hour of your life. But don't worry, you will find someone--or you can go alone and just enjoy the company of your sisters.
7. During chapter meeting when people won't stop asking questions
Chapter meetings are as long as they are already, and you just want to go home and sleep.
8. When new sisters join, and they don't know any secrets yet
You feel so much cooler when you are on the other side of things. However, you can't wait until you get to share your ritual with your new sisters.
9. When you get recognized for something you accomplished in the sorority
Whether it's a social media shout out or a certificate given at a banquet, you feel so special when you are recognized by your sisters.
10. When you realize that you are graduating soon and won't have much time left
Four years really do fly by, but you know that you will always have the support of the girls who share your letters with you.
11. However, you know that you will always have great memories after you graduate
It's going to be weird not being around your sisters all the time, but from Bid Day to grab-a-dates, you have too many memories to count. You will always remember how much fun being in a sorority was.
