The new trend of stickers on laptops has taken over campuses everywhere. When someone pulls out their computer in class, you find out more about that stranger than you ever thought possible at first glance. These are the 5 things their stickers might tell you about them:
1. What sorority the are in
No doubt the first sticker you will see will be the Greek letters in the middle of the computer automatically letting you know which sorority they’re in. But let’s be real, you already knew what sorority they were in; the t-shirt says it all.
2. Their political views
This sticker might be the candidates name, slogan, a donkey/elephant, or a previous presidents name that lets you know which party they affiliate with. Be careful with these in political science classes, the professors tend to call you out for them.
3. What school they go to
Although you probably already know if you are sitting next to them in class at the same university; however, there will be a sticker that proudly proclaims where they attend school.
4. Where they are from
The state outline sticker will let you know the place they call home. While most students are happy to be away from home, the sticker was too cool to pass up. Oh, but If they’re from Texas, it won’t just be one sticker letting you know.
5. What Netflix shows they watch
These stickers range from logos found in TV shows, such as the Luke’s coffee mug logo from Gilmore Girls, to quotes like “Clear Eye, Full Hearts, Can’t Lose” from Friday Night Lights. These stickers let you know that yes, they have binge watched all the good shows on Netflix too, you’re not alone.
So take a look around at the laptops in your classes, and I'm sure you'll find out about someone just by their stickers.
