Fall is one of the best times of the year. There is so much to do between pumpkin patches, haunted houses, and watching the leaves change. If you're in the New River Valley and looking for some great ways to celebrate this Halloween season, below is a list of some of the best places to do just that!

1. Visit Sinkland Farms for their annual Pumpkin Festival! This event will be going on every weekend in October: Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. The location is in Christiansburg, VA and there will be live music, hayrides, a corn maze, pumpkin patch, and much more! 2. Thornspring Pastures Farm Fest is another option for someone looking for the full pumpkin patch experience!
