1. You have a strong reaction to violence.

If you hear a horrifying event in the news, you don't just brush it off. Instead, you keep thinking about it and it really bothers you.

2. You absorb people's energy.

Do you ever feel drained after hanging out with someone? It's because you absorb their energy and it drains YOUR energy.

3. You feel other's pain deeply.

When your friends tell you their problems, you put yourself in their shoes and you feel their pain.

4. You get startled often.

As an HSP, your nervous-system is ALWAYS spiked up so you are always on alert.

5. Time pressure scares you. 

You don't like to rush things because it doesn't give you enough time to think them through.

Your thoughts are always heavy and you tend to overthink almost everything.

You are very spiritual and don't feel okay with viewing the world as empty. You always look for meaning within everything.
