Of all the Law and Order shows, Special Victims Unit is by far the best. After seventeen seasons, multiple cast changes, and hundreds of cases, it's still going strong. Every true fan is nothing short of obsessed, and has experienced all of these signs.

1. You know the entire opening narration by heart

If every time you hear the word heinous, you don't immediately think of the opening to SVU, then you can't call yourself a true fan.

2. You're convinced you could be a SVU detective

After so many episodes, you're pretty sure you've picked up enough to start investigating your own cases.

3. Olivia Benson is your role model

She is a BAMF, plain and simple. You hope to one day be as good a mom and detective as her.

4. Stabler leaving was a major life event for you

How could Stabler abandon us Olivia like this? SVU was never quite the same without him.

5. You can never stop at just one episode

Watching one episode quickly turns into a binge and suddenly it's four a.m.

6. You've gotten in fights with your friends about who the best characters are

Amaro sucks, you'll never be able to convince me otherwise. #TeamMunch.

7. You live for Wednesday nights

Wednesday nights are for new episodes of SVU, if someone doesn't know that, they're not a real friend.

8. You're wary of every new cast member

No one can ever replace Stabler or Munch, but Carisi grows on you.

8. Rumors about former cast members returning make your entire week

Munch is returning in May? Stabler coming back for the series finally? Miracles do happen.

9. You don't understand people who say they don't like the show

These people are obviously either lying or have never seen the show because it's clearly nothing short of amazing

10. Finding an episode you've never seen is like finding the Holy Grail

Despite the numerous binges, sometimes an episode slips through the cracks, and you feel as if you've been blessed by God.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
