After my favorite TV show ends I feel like I have absolutely nothing to watch and nothing will ever compare to the show I just finished. Here is a list of shows worth binge watching to get rid of your entertainment drought:

Parks and Recreation

Parks and Recreation is about a group of co-workers turned friends that are employed in (you guessed it) parks and recreation. This show is absolutely hilarious and similar in style to The Office. These episodes are only half an hour long so you can watch even when you don't have much time on your hands.

Grey's Anatomy

Grey's Anatomy is about a group of surgeons who deal with rare cases. The series also deals with typical drama and scandalous rendezvous going on in the hospital. The show is mostly dramatic but there are also moments of comic relief and lightheartedness. There are so many episodes of this show that I have literally been watching since last year.

Black Mirror

Black Mirror is about the downsides of technology and humanity in the not-so-distant future. This show is essentially a modernized version of the Twilight Zone. Personally, I can only watch an episode or two in a row because the show is so dynamic. This series was recently released on Netflix so it is right at your fingertips.

Westworld

Westworld is about a western-themed amusement park filled with robots made to look like humans. People that pay to enter the park can do whatever they want to the robots. Although this series has a complicated plot, it is relatively easy to follow what is happening in the episodes. This show is unlike any that I have ever seen. It covers topics like self-exploration, morality, and the capabilities of technology.

Game of Thrones

Game of Thrones is about the lengths that people will go to be in power. It also covers how transitions of power may not be smooth. Heads up there is a ton of gore in this show, but you will get used to it. It also super dramatic. It's kind of like Keeping Up With the Kardashians with lots of blood. I know this show seems kind of nerdy, but everyone can find something to enjoy in this series.

American Horror Story

American Horror Story is a horror/thriller show in which the theme changes every season, but the cast stays essentially the same. The show is very unique and popular because of that aspect. You can watch seasons out of order and it will still make sense. The seasons vary in their amount of creepiness. The episodes are scary, but not scary enough that you can't sleep at night.
