5 Reasons You Shouldn't Bother Getting Married

Getting married is a huge commitment. Getting married is not right for everyone. Just because you are in your 20s, have a good job, and I have been with someone for a long time for not mean marriage is the next step.

Getting married does not mean you are going to be happier. Being married and dating are basically the same thing, but with marriage you have a binding contract between the two of you.

Reasons NOT to get married:

1. The Wedding.

Let us just say money! A lot of people spend tons of money on weddings. The dress, the venue, the food and drinks. It is a loan within itself.

2. Events.

You have to go to each others family events. No matter what it is or else it looks super weird if you aren't there.

3. Television.

You can't figure out what channel to watch because you both want to watch completely different things.

4. Living Together.

Living together is not always the easiest.

5. Marriage usually ends in divorce.
