Would you accept my rose?

As "The Bachelor" Season 20, ABC's hit romance reality show, comes to a close, fans are eagerly awaiting the announcement of the next Bachelorette. Spoiler alert, it's me! Just kidding, but maybe one day. Although, while watching the show, I have discovered I actually would be perfect for it. If this alone doesn't convince you, here are a few reasons that I hope will sway your opinion:

1. I'm single.

Simple enough but tremendously important.

2. My heart is 110 percent in the right place.

3. I would take the opportunity seriously.

4. I understand that honesty is the best policy.

I promise I'll make it the most dramatic season yet.

5. I'm not a pretty crier.

6. I'm not possessive.

7. I don't appreciate drama.

8. I know how to stand up for myself, and I will.

9. I'm humble.

10. I'd give each bachelor an equal chance to win me over.

11. I'm realistic.

Twenty-five men, the perfect one must be one of them, right?

12. I acknowledge that it is totally acceptable to ask for help.

13. I can carry an intellectual conversation.

14. I'd save the men heartbreak and send them home as soon as I know the connection isn't there.

15. I'm not afraid to ask the hard questions.

16. I would be incredibly excited for the opportunity.

Now I know what you all must be thinking: Chris Harrison, this is your girl! She is perfect. But sadly I must inform you that the age requirement is 21 and I am only 18. Don't you worry though, in three years I will be ready to drink all the champagne they give me, and if you think I'm perfect now, can you imagine how much better I'll be then?

Until then, I'll continue searching for Mr. Right. If you need me I'll be on Tinder.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
