EVERY woman and I mean EVERY woman longs to be seen like that in the eyes of someone. We want to be pursued... romanced... loved... adored. Yet we always look love in the wrong places for it. I always say in order to solve a problem you have to look and see how the problem even started. In this case, it all started with Eve. Yeah, i said Eve. The beloved woman that decided to take a bite of the forbidden fruit. The forbidden fruit that God said ,"You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.'" -- Genesis 3:3.
As a result of eating the fruit men and women were cursed. From the book" Unveiling The Mystery Of A Woman's Soul" it was said,"To the woman "I will greatly increase your pains in childbearing; with pain you will give birth to your children . Your desire will be for your husband and he will rule over you." That's pretty severe right? I mean come on eve, was the fruit that good?
We can be controlling. We want things in our image and our image only. Hence, how Adam followed Eve and Eve didn't follow Adam. They say happy wife happy life. Why does a wife influence the entire household? We aren't the HEAD of the house but we are the SOURCE of the house.
Our society/generation has it mixed up. Women are playing the role of the man and the men are playing the role of the women.
"He who finds a wife finds a good thing."Proverbs 18:22
That in itself speaks volumes. Men are supposed to FIND their wife. Women aren't supposed to find their husband. We want to be loved and adored to the point where we go out and pursue like MEN. Then we wonder why we can't find a good guy. Wait, we aren't even supposed to find them. THEY find us and we HAVE to let them find us.
Last year I fell upon this book called "Unveiling The Mystery Of A Woman's Soul" by John and Stasi Eldredge. In this book, they talk about love, Adam and Eve. The whole nine. My favorite thing that is said in that book is ," She is the crescendo , the final ,astonishing work of God. WOMAN. I mean come on that in itself is such a powerful statement. WE were God's last final touch. Imagine him just painting this beautiful masterpiece. US. WE. WOMEN
I learned how in the old testament it talks about how God called Eve Adam's "Ezer Kenegdo" As I ran across it in "Unveiling The Mystery Of A Woman's Soul" I decided to look it up and it said ,"R. David Freedman has pointed out that the Hebrew word ezer is a combination of two roots: `-z-r, meaning "to rescue, to save," and g-z-r, meaning "to be strong." The difference between the two is the first letter in Hebrew." Wow.. She's his helper. His muse. His rib. Women have to realize how we are viewed in God's eye. We and highly favored. God has that "Ezer Kenegdo" waiting for you.
Let me tell you something, we are the apple of God's eye. We are the hidden jewel and until we come to terms with that then the roles will constantly be reversed.
It's every woman's worst fear. Not to be loved. Little do we know that we are loved by the most high. He is the one who created us. The one who makes it possible for us to even fall in love. So why not dance with God and he'll let the ONE cut in.
We and highly favored. God has that "Ezer Kenegdo" waiting for you.
Things are going to fall in place, SHE WILL BE LOVED. Know you're worth. Know that YOU are a vital vessel in this world and shall be treated as such. Except nothing less.
