Though some may go on about Shakespeare being completely unrelatable in the modern age, but that’s simply not true. All you have to do is look around you, and you can see Shakespeare in the very people you mean.

Benedick/Beatrice (Much Ado About Nothing) – Philosophy Major,Women Studies Major

Those two kids that do nothing but insult and antagonize each other. Everyone’s totally convinced they’re banging, but no one knows for sure until someone finds them in a compromising position in a semi-public area because neither could get their roommates to leave the dorm. Jokes on them, Claudio and Hero totally planned it.

Hamlet (Hamlet) Drama Major

That one kid who always angsts on about any form of graded work ever. Always gets an extension, under the guise of some issue or another. Nobody knows if he’s lying about his excuses or not. The biggest hipster you will ever meet.

Horatio (Hamlet)- Business Major

Hamlet’s reluctant group project partner turned roommate.

Ophelia (Hamlet) – Theology Major

Ophelia had really strict parents, so she is just ever so slightly naïve as to what happens in college. Puts up with Hamlet’s shit along with Benvolio, but definitely the good cop of the two, because love. In a sorority

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern (Hamlet) Undeclared, Both of Them

Knew Hamlet from high school. Now they all go to college together, but it’s really awkward because Hamlet wanted to get away from his labels back then. Total frat bros.

Fortinbras (Hamlet)-??? Who Even Knows Honestly

Goes to a different college, but uses the consortium system to go here. Always arrives halfway into lecture, missing all the crucial information needed for the test.

Lady Macbeth (Macbeth)Political Science Major

Uses Lord Macbeth for all his notes and assignments, under the guise that they’re “study buddies.” But when it comes to the final, Lady Macbeth chokes, causing her to spiral into an existential crisis.

Mercutio (Romeo and Juliet) – English Major

A total stoner, Mercutio writes poetry when he’s high. Goes off on philosophical tangents, but always quick to make a joke. Benvolio’s boyfriend, god bless his soul.

Benvolio (Romeo and Juliet)Psychology Major

The ‘Mom Friend’ in his group of friends that go out every night. Usually the DD, he doesn’t like to say it, but goddamn it, he told you so.

Romeo (Romeo and Juliet) – Music Major

Going to college on Daddy’s dime, Romeo came here to party. Although he always manages to grab everyone’s ear at parties with his impromptu jam sessions, he’s really just a more evolved form of the ‘Wonderwall Guy.’ Meets Juliet at a party, and goes to bed with her, but it’s not until the Monday after he realizes she sits next to him in lecture.

Juliet (Romeo and Juliet) Architecture Major

Although she may seem ditzy, Juliet is no idiot compared to her hook-up. She takes the opportunity in class to fuck with him as much as she can, but along the way, she begins to find him charming.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
