Ahhh, the end of the semester. As the temperature rises, both our hopes and our GPAs fall.

We are ridden with anxiety, drinking far too much coffee and getting far too little sleep. Although the weather may be looking a little more cheerful, all college students know what warmth brings:

Finals season.
(insert dramatic screaming)

Despite the fact that Scandal has received a reputation for being a drama TV show, it also has many hilarious one-liners. And, whether you know it or not, Olivia Pope may express your exact feelings toward finals season more than you think.

1. When your professor passes out the study guide for the final and says "No worries, this should be easy for you guys!"

2. Your thought as soon as your professor says "This isn't something you can wait until the night before to start studying for."

3. When your mom calls and asks if you've been prepping and studying.

4. The second you hear the words "Comprehensive final"

5. When your professor tells you that they look forward to seeing you on the day of the final exam

6. When your friends question your decision to go out for a drink the night before your final

7. When the Starbucks on campus announces extended hours for Finals Week

8. "This test will be curved"

9. Walking out of your final feeling 90% confident you definitely didn't pass it

Keep calm and remain strong this finals season! And remember to always ask yourself: "What Would Olivia Pope Do?"
