So for the fourth time in American history the electoral college has screwed the Americans out of there choice of president. Hillary Clinton did win the popular vote and, is not our president! Personally I believe the electoral college needs to be abolished it was originally put in place because of how hard it would be to count individual votes and be able to deliver the results before a lot of technology was invented. I have never been disappointed to be an American until this election began. We have not only left a racist, sexist, unqualified man run for the highest position in our country. We've also allowed this man to win which is even worse. We left a man who has mocked and made fun of minorities and genders alike. He made fun of a disabled reported and than had a young boy with cerebral palsy removed from one of his rallies for peacefully protesting (one of our constitutional rights). This man has never actually stated how he will execute any of the ideas he plans to impose. We have elected man who wants to overturn gay marriage being a legal right that was fought for, for far too long to be taken away. He wants to overturn the affordable care act which even though it's a little rocky just needs a few weeks. The affordable care act allows all woman to have access to free birth control something that a lot of republicans believe is not a medical necessity. But, to some woman such as myself we need the medicine for more reason than just to prevent pregnancy. The bill also allows individuals to stay on there parent health coverage until they're twenty six. This man wants to build a wall on the Mexico border and make Mexico pay for the wall. This project would cost millions if not billions of dollars. Where are we getting this money? I can definitely assure you it will not come from Mexico. I have honestly wondered how this man got to this point many people have claimed it is due to fear and his promises to make the country great. Hitler promised to make Germany great and we have all seen how that went. I certainly hope this isn't history repeating itself. I honestly feel scared to even be a woman at this time because of all the sexist things he has said I feel like woman rights will go backwards as well with him being in office. This man has made remarks about grabbing woman by the pussy and that being completely ok. I have seen many men on my timeline saying they're going to go grab woman by the pussy since our president does. This man has rose to power because of hate and fear nothing more! Yes, some changes do need to be made but there was a better choice and way of going about those changes. This man who has the temperament of a small child now is in possession of the ability to start nuclear war. The he I have been referring to this whole time is Mr. Donald J. Trump and as far as i'm concerned he is not my president he doesn't represent the country I want to be a part of or live in and definitely does not represent me!
