Registration week is a very stressful week for all college students who are returning next semester. The current semester isn’t over, and yet we still have to decide on what classes to take, the times to take them, and deal with all the stages that you go through from start to finish. These stages you go through to register for next semester’s classes is best described through Leslie Knope, an extremely passionate character on the comedy television show Parks and Recreation.
1. When you start getting emails and seeing flyers stressing that pre-registration for next semester is coming up soon, meanwhile you barely have this semester under control.
2. Then, since you have no clue of what classes to pre-register in for your major you decide to see your academic advisor, who isn't really much help.
3. So you research all the classes that are available to pre-register in your major, and pick a few that satisfy requirements and/or sound enjoyable, hoping you'll get into your top pick.
4. Then as wished, you get into your top picks for pre-registration, with a great professor at a good time of day!
5. However, then you remember that regular registration for general education and elective courses hasn’t happened, and you still have to research classes with times that also work around your major classes.
6. Registration has started, but knowing your time slot is still a week away leaves you feeling anxious seeing all the classes fill up so quickly.
7. The night before your registration time you spend some hours making various possible schedules with different classes you’ll be happy in case some fill up.
8. Now it's about an hour before your registration time, and your stress levels are insanely high. A few of the classes you wanted are already filled but that's okay, you will still have a good schedule, hopefully.
9. Then finally it’s your time slot. With your computer out and the course registration numbers ready, it's time to actually register for classes!
10. After two weeks of extra stress, your classes
are finally secured and your schedule is made for next semester! Whether you
were able to get into all of the classes you wanted or not, time to celebrate,
you got through it!

I hope you have registration process goes smoothly this semester, and you can get a spot in all the classes you want!
