A Recap Of The Women's March
CNN

On Saturday, January 21, over 5 million people worldwide came together in support of equal rights for all women and other related causes. The Women's March on Washington is now known as the largest protest in national history - clearly, a movement has begun. Although I was not able to attend the march personally, I have spoken with people who were and they all claimed to have been brought to tears at one point or another during the march. They said even though it was so crowded they could barely move, they were in pure bliss due to the unconditional kindness being displayed by all the marchers around them. Without a doubt, the Women's March has left an overpowering sensation of unity that impacted and moved many.

For all those out there, like myself, who were not able to witness the start of such a powerful movement first hand, here are 21 of my favorite signs from the Women's March that I discovered online.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
