8 Reasons You Should Go To NYC At Least Once
Claire Fox

NYC is my favorite city and I could easily come up with one hundred reasons everyone should at least visit once, but I kept it to eight.

1. The diversity

The diversity in NYC is unlike any other place in the world. If you are an American, this is the place to experience other cultures without leaving the United States.

2. Broadway

Best day of my life seeing "Wicked" for the first time ever and on Broadway.

Claire Fox

You cannot see Broadway acting anywhere else. It is an unbelievable experience, seeing any play or musical on Broadway.

3. The subway

The subway is such an unique experience for anyone who is not a New Yorker, and I think we all should experience that form of transportation because it is pretty wild.

4. There's so much to see just walking down the street.

I had to stop to take a picture because this is a SCHOOL.

Walking down the street is like going to a museum. That's reason enough to go.

5. The museums

You can experience this in real life.

The museums are awesome and some are even free.

6. The food

What dreams are made of

Food from all different cuisines at every corner.

7. Ellen's Stardust Diner

Getting serenaded while you eat is quite the experience.

The waitstaff perform Broadway numbers all while waiting tables. It's amazing.

8. The ceilings of Grand Central Station

I was enthralled.

Claire Fox

Yes, I think the ceilings of Grand Central Station are a reason to go to New York City. To say I love it is an understatement.

NYC is truly a magical place and I want everyone to have the opportunity to experience its wonder. Start planning your trip now!

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
