For myself and many others fall is our favorite season. You know you're in love with fall when during the summer you decide what you want to be for Halloween, you attempt to wear your fall clothing in the sweltering summer heat, or in August when they start selling fall stuff again you spend all your money on fall decorations.

It's still August and I bought my cat two Halloween costumes, and have already decorated my door for Halloween. If that doesn't sound fall crazy I don't know what does.

Reasons why fall is the best season ever:

1. Halloween.

Lets be real, the whole month of October is what makes fall. I love decorating for it, dressing up in costume for Halloween, going to Halloween parties, watching scary movies, pumpkin carving, and all the haunted attractions. And lets not forget the buckets and buckets of candy. I just love the spookiness of it all.

3. Leaves changing colors.

It is absolutely breathtaking to just look at the trees while you drive. I live is beautiful West Virginia and it is well worth the visit to come look at the trees. We have many places to go hiking, so if you're not from around here I recommend coming for a weekend just to experience a little taste of fall here. 4. Pumpkin everything.

I love spiced pumpkin drinks, pumpkin pies, pumpkin scented candles and body lotions. I even love carving pumpkins and baking the pumpkin seeds.

5. Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite fall holidays because it's the one day a year that it's acceptable to bing eat. As soon as November hits people start decorating for Christmas which is technically in winter, and people kind of overlook Thanksgiving as being in the fall because they're too busy thinking about Christmas but I think every food lover can appreciate this fall holiday.

These are just a few of my reasons why fall is the best season EVER. I'm literally counting down the days till fall because I'm so excited.
