I, like many others, consider myself a lover of animals. I believe that they are all wonderfully cute in their own way. But let's be honest, dogs are just out of this world. While my love for most animals is just about equal, dogs take me to a whole new level. I sometimes sit and wonder what it is that us mere humans did to have the privilege of sharing our planet with such beautiful, charismatic, and wonderful creatures. And so I present to you, an appreciation post of why dogs are the best things on this planet.
1. They will always be your friend.
You'll never be alone when you have a dog. Even if you do want to be alone.
2. ....And anyone else's friend for that matter.
Dogs get along with so many different animals. They'll annoy your cat with friendship because all they want is more buddies.
3. Puppies are the most entertaining things ever.
Puppies are great. They have so much love and energy to give and they won't be afraid to give it to you. Plus they're just so cute.
4. They keep you active in your life.
Whether it's going on walks or making you throw things for them to go get, many dogs love to stay active and keep you active as well.
5. But also cuddle up to you when you get tired.
As active as they are, dogs are great for cuddling up with you in bed at the end of the day and providing some much needed relaxation.
6. Dogs are beautiful in all shapes in sizes.
White or black, big or small, each breed of dog has its own unique qualities and attributes of cuteness.
7. Big dogs are your buddies.
Big dogs will adventure with you and be able to keep up. They'll lead the way and be your partner in crime.
8. Little dogs are your babies.
Little dogs allow you to baby them and give them all of the attention they deserve.
9. They're fabulous and they know it.
Dogs know how great they are and their confidence shows it. They'll show of to you, as well as the rest of the world. And that's why we love them.
