"Friends." We have all heard about it, but not all have watched it. Those who have not watched it are probably thinking, "what's the big fuss about it?" My roommate freshman year had never watched it, but had heard me crying laughing and only talk about how much I loved the show. I told her she should watch it multiple times and eventually she did. And guess what... SHE LOVED IT. It is a classic show in my opinion, and I have convinced lots of my friends to watch it and they have all become hooked.

Here are some reasons the show is a must watch:

1. Anyone in your friend group can identify with any character.

We all have that one friend that is as dumb as Joey, as hot as Rachel, as organized and obsessive about planning as Monica, as witty as Phoebe, a know-it-all like Ross, or someone who has dad jokes worse than Chandler's.

2. It's HILARIOUS.

You can't help but laugh in every episode. There are times that I am crying because it is so funny.

3. It's timeless.

You can start watching one episode but end up watching 7 and then Netflix is asking you "Are you still watching?" And each episode is ONLY 22 MINS LONG!!! This is also a show that you can watch over and over and it still be funny. I watched "Friends" when I was younger then watched it fully in college twice and it was still funny each time.

4. It's easy to pick up from any episode.

You don't have to watch the episodes in order to find "Friends" funny. There are reruns on Nick that you can watch. They are always random. Even at random and not knowing anything about the characters, you will still think it's funny. However, it does make it better when you start from the beginning to know the characters and understand their references.

Your face when you finally understand what everyone is talking about because you started from the beginning.

5. You can see the progression of the characters.

If you start from season 1 and go to season 10, you can see the characters shift in style, size, and maturity. All these different progressions help humanize the characters and help make it more relatable to one's own life.

6. It's relatable.

The show is truly relatable. Whether regarding friendship, relationship, hardships, and more, this show teaches you life lessons that can truly be applied in your own life.

7. It's addicting.

I don't know what it is about the show, but it definitely gets you hooked. My other friend started "Friends" last week and he is already at the end of season two. I am telling you. It IS addicting. So now that it's summer, it is the perfect time to watch so that school doesn't get in the way of binge watching it!

8. It's just simply good.

This show shares so many laughs and cries. You get invested with the characters and it is a show that you can quote or say "remember that one part on "Friends" that...... yah that part, just reminds me of right now." It truly is an amazing show.

So if you haven't seen "Friends," I think it would be worth watching. I hope I've convinced you to watch it, so my challenge to you is to watch at least three episodes...I just know you'll get hooked.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
