"One Tree Hill" is hands down one of the best shows I have ever seen. It's kind of addicting in the sense that if you watch one episode, you just cannot stop watching the rest. There are nine seasons, and I know what you're thinking, that may be too many. Just give it a chance and toward the end, you will end up wanting more. I just wish they made one more season. Isn't that what everyone always says? The show is just relatable to everyone, not just a certain age group. It revolves around two half-brothers that play basketball, their family and their friends. The reason why this show is so different is because it teaches you so many life lessons and that is what stood out to me. Even though "One Tree Hill" is just a show, it holds a lot of meaning behind the entire thing. If you have never seen this show I highly suggest you take the time to go through and watch every single episode of every single season. You will not regret it.
Here are a few scenes from One Tree Hill that really meant a lot. (Warning some of these scenes may contain spoilers):
1. Being afraid is Okay. This also teaches us that everyone has insecurities and that is more than fine because at the end of the day, that only makes us human.
2. Everyone should have that one go-to person that you know will always be there no matter what. Let's be real, the Peyton and Brooke BFF duo are goals!
3. If anything, "One Tree Hill" will force you to be a hopeless romantic. The concept of love is very abundant throughout this show. There are so many cute little moments that will make you die of being forever alone.

4. Nathan Scott and Haley James will always be relationship goals. As much as people say that high school relationships never work, "Naley" will make you think otherwise.
5. Patience is a virtue. If something isn't happening in your life, sooner or later it will sneak up behind you. While people always leave, they find their way back too.
6. This is hands down my absolute favorite quote from "One Tree Hill," "Life is way too short and goes by in the blink of an eye." As cliche as this sounds, just live your life as much as you can. I actually used this quote as my senior quote.
7. Being sappy and deep are things that no one should be ashamed of. Not knowing where you are going to go or what you are going to do with your life is OK.
8. Things are happening all the time, left and right. They can be good or bad, but no one can help what happens. You come to find out that things happen that have no explanations as to why they happen.
