Ah, Thanksgiving. In my opinion, a very overlooked holiday. My roommates have been hounding me as I walk around and complain about them decorating for Christmas, when its just barely the week of my favorite holiday of the year. Maybe I am a grinch, but I just don't think it gets better than Thanksgiving.
I'm counting down the minutes until I get to go home and lay around with my family and my dogs and watch Thanksgiving football games, the dog show, and of course, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Stuffing my face with a home cooked meal won't be too bad either.
Just thinking about all the family (arguments) and food (comas) gets me so excited.
All the food that can fit in my tummy:
Don't forget to wear stretchy pants for maximum food consumption.
Unlimited naps with your furrier family members:
It never gets old.
Making drinking games out of everything with your siblings and cousins:
Maybe I'll just tell them I never want to get married and the word commitment is a curse word in my vernacular.
When the infamous turkey tryptophan hits and its time for yet another afternoon nap:
And the best part endless questions from your relatives:
*Tells same college stories over and over again until they go away*
Cheers to family and Thanksgiving, and may the odds of stuffing your face until you pass out, be ever in your favor.
