A sorry "until next week" article.

I came back from visiting my home today. I got in the dorm, took out the trash and the recyclables. I decided I wanted to sleep on clean sheets and stripped my bed, replacing the white ones with my favorite jersey ones. I went downstairs and started 4 loads of laundry. I even filled my essential oil diffuser with peppermint oil to make the room smell like a candy cane.

I put on comfy clothes and sat down to write on my computer. After staring at the screen for 10 minutes I decide it would be better to clean the bathroom, just while I'm on my cleaning kick. I finished before I needed to switch around the laundry and found myself back in front of this blank screen. The cursor blinked, waiting for me to pour my brain onto the page, and I was stuck. So eventually I decided to write this down and just see where it headed. Well, I have this written now, and after some thought, I have decided to submit it.

Today was the day I realized I was fresh out of ideas to write about.

My mind has been filled with worries, and school, and other time-consuming things, and I'm running to catch up. You know life, it has to be stressful sometimes.

Today I also realized that my imagination is boundless.

I really need to focus and get my crap together, because I don't have the time to fall behind. Life is something I am planning to succeed at.

Basically, I am writing this to let you know that I am behind, but you can look forward to a better story next week. Hopefully, a really good one.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
