Living life with regrets isn’t healthy. You shouldn’t be constantly thinking about the “what-ifs” or what could have come of a certain situation. There’s nothing you can do to change the past, so don’t focus on it too much. If you live with regrets, it’s impossible to move forward.

Sometimes is easy to allow the opinions alter your own. It’s ok to let the beliefs of others influence you, but never let them lose sight of you your own goals.

We’ve all held a grudge for far too long because we feel as if someone has wronged us. Nothing good comes from holding on to grudges, especially because takes more energy than just letting go. It will only end up consuming you and being the only thing that you can think about. If someone has really hurt you, to the point that you think they should be cut from your life, let them go, but don’t hold a grudge.

Sometimes it’s easier to just stay in bed and binge watch Netflix all day, but at the end of the day you’ll probably end up feeling worse about yourself because you got nothing done. Instead, get out of bed and try your best because it will be less stressful later on and you’ll probably end up feeling better about yourself.

Sometimes the most trivial problem can seem like the end of world, which is why it is important to recognize what is worth worrying about. If it won’t matter in five years, you shouldn’t be all that preoccupied by it. Focus on things that are actually worth your time.
