We've all been there. The days are getting shorter and our "to-do" lists are getting longer. Suddenly, 24 hours in a day just isn't enough to balance school, work, sleep, and that joke you call a social life. When you feel as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders, shrug it off, and take comfort in knowing you're not alone.

2. "When you have a bad day, a really bad day, try and treat the world better than it treated you." - Patrick Stump

3. "Don't complain about something you're putting up with." -Unknown
If you feel as if your head is spinning 24/7 and you have more on your plate than you signed up for, then take a step back and re-evaluate. Did you take on more than is necessary? What can you eliminate? What's not worth it? Keep what makes you happy.
4. "So far you've survived 100% of your worst days. This too shall pass." -Unknown
Think back to your worst day. What comes to mind? Was it last year? Last week? Yesterday? What made it your worst day? Look at you now, moving onto the next day; a fresh start. If you feel as if today's your worst day ever, take comfort in knowing that better days lie ahead. Also note that this won't always be the worst day for you.
5. "Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are." - Mason Cooley
You feel stuck. You wish you were anywhere other than school. You want to escape, get away and live a different life. Pick up a book and read. Take your mind off of you for a while and live vicariously through fictional characters. You'll be amazed at how much more refreshed you'll feel. Now go take on that research paper.
6. "One day you'll laugh at how much you let this matter." - Morely
Last but not least, where you are now isn't where you'll be forever. Stressful days, sleepless nights- it'll all be worth it in the end. You signed yourself up for this in order to reach your end goal: to be successful in your field of choice. One day you'll be in a great place in your career and those college troubles will be irrelevant because you made it.
