I’m a quote person. I mean, you probably noticed that the sub heading for this article is from a DMB song. You probably also noticed that the photo I chose has a typo. Wandering around Los Angeles, you'll find all sorts of inspirational musings painted, scrawled, or carved into the city. What being a "quote person" entails, I am unsure. What I do know is that I adore words and arrangements of words, and I think that certain quotes have the power to incite action and inspire each of us. Anytime I hear or read something that is moving, I write it down. Although the people, movies, and bands in this list are certainly fallible, I do believe their words have value. Hopefully, you’ll feel the same.
