My sister is my other half, plain and simple. Being away at different schools has proved to be more difficult than I had originally imagined, so lately I have been missing her a little more than usual. If you and your real sister, sorority sister or even best friend that is the equivalent a sister is anything like my sister and I, you would understand the amount of ridiculous questions that are asked on a daily basis.

1. I know it's 1 a.m, but do you want to get food?

2. Will you come run errands with me?

3. Want to hangout? And by hangout, I mean nap ...

4. Can you call me?

5. Why aren't you texting me back?!

6. Can you ask mom or dad this time?

7. Want to go to the mall and window shop?

8. Does this make me look chunky?

9. Do I look thin today?

10. Will you make me food?

11. Can you pay this time?

12. How ratchet do I look right now? Wait, don't answer that.

13. Do you think mom or dad will say yes?

14. Can you take a photo of me?

15. Can you edit this photo for me?

16. Can I borrow this? *Never returns it.*

17. *Watches any TV show or movie.* Who would we be in this?

18. Are you gonna eat the rest of that?

19. What are we doing with our lives?

20. Would you hate me if I looked like that?

21. Are you ever going to visit me?

22. Can I just complain for two seconds?

23. Does this look normal to you?

24. Where is mom or dad?

25. Where would I be without you?

While some questions are more serious than others, some are annoying and some are just plain stupid, our relationship just wouldn't be the same without them. One more question, do you miss me, sister? I sure do miss you!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
