You thought angst was over once you moved on from the eighth grade? LOL, good one. It's 2 a.m., the librarians are flickering the lights and staring into your soul until you leave. You're just trying to be studious and end the semester on a good note by passing your finals, but now you're all pissed off, on top of all the stress finals already induce. Here's a playlist you can listen to when it seems like no one understands your struggles and you're beginning to lose hope. So sit back, relax, and get in the mood to punch a wall, because whatever you're doing at this point in your life is definitely the most important thing you'll ever do.

"I'm Just A Kid" by Simple Plan

"And it seems everyone in the world is having more fun than me tonight." My thoughts exactly while looking at everyone else's Snapchat stories as I'm locked in the library.

"Sugar, We're Going Down" by Fall Out Boy

This one goes out to my GPA.

"Misery Business" by Paramore

Finals season is very much the business of misery.

"Perfect" by Simple Plan

I'M SORRY I CAN'T BE PERRRRRFECT

"What's My Age Again?" by Blink-182

The lack of sleep and immense amount of stress has you looking like more of a meth addict than a college student, but Blink totally understands the identity crisis you're going through.

"I Hate Everything About You" by Three Days Grace

This one covers the love-hate (but mainly hate) relationship you have with school.

"All Downhill From Here" by New Found Glory

If we're being honest, sometimes positivity is overrated.

"In Too Deep" by Sum 41

Seriously, though, taking six classes and two labs was a terrible, terrible idea.

"The Science of Selling Yourself Short" by Less Than Jake

This is a good one that helps you embrace your failure, and accept the fact that the procrastination is all your fault, but you'll survive.

"Welcome To My Life" by Simple Plan

Catch the trend. Simple Plan is angst. Don't even pretend like this one doesn't give you flashbacks to staring out the window of the bus in seventh grade.

"The Middle" by Jimmy Eats World

I know I said positivity was overrated, but at this point, it's also needed. This song helps you look at the glass half full.

"Over My Head (Better Off Dead)" by Sum 41

Sum 41 offers neat alternatives to studying!

"American Idiot" by Green Day

Green Day is here to remind you why you're putting yourself through all this stress.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
