If you have naturally curly hair, I'm sure you understand the pain of finding products that work right.

Some products will make your hair extremely dry, while others make it super frizzy. Of course living in Alabama doesn't help the matter any. The humidity makes my hair curly even when I straighten it!

1. Cantu Natural Hair Moisturizing Curl Activator Cream

This is the latest product I discovered and I absolutely love it! It can be found here or at Dollar General. This product hydrates my hair and tames the frizz. With this product, I can now wear my hair down without having to worry about the humidity.

2. OGX Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo

In my 20 years, I have used MANY different shampoos. I never found one I truly loved until I came across the OGX brand. It can be found here. They also make a bigger bottle too! This shampoo smells amazing and it makes my hair super soft. I get so many compliments because of this shampoo!

3. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner

Aussie 3 Minute Miracles is by far my favorite conditioner. It smells great and it leaves my hair super soft. They also carry the conditioner in bigger bottles at certain stores (Dollar General). It can be found online here.

4. Coconut Oil

You'll probably think I'm crazy but coconut oil really helps my hair. It hydrates my hair enough that I can skip conditioner. Your hair will smell great! It also helps with split ends! It can be found here!

5. OGX Coconut Curls Hair Butter

I use this product after I wash my hair. It really helps my curls become more defined. The best part is that you can either leave it in or rinse it out. It can be found here or many other stores.

6. Miss Jessie's Multicultural Curls

Growing up, my mom didn't really know what to use on my hair. She had fun trying to get my hair to do right. I came across this product one day and I had to give it a try. It helps with frizz and makes my hair easy to manage. It can be found here.

7. Conair Shower Comb

Using a brush on curly hair is not a good idea. While my hair is wet, I use a comb to get the tangles out. Most of the time, I comb my hair while I have conditioner in to make sure that it was evenly distributed. I recommend using a comb instead of a brush. It can be found here .
