“Princess” he called me as his grimy hand slid down
the front of my blouse like a snake.
I squirmed away from his touch.
“Come back here, Princess.”
He hissed, pressing himself against me.
I was cornered and tipsy.
He shoved me, I smacked the concrete wall.
“I am not your princess,” I said
just above a whisper.
My hands pinned above me.
His slimy lips oozed along my neck.
He lifted the hem of my shirt.
I whimpered like a child
as his fangs grazed
my newly exposed skin.
He pushed his cheek tight against mine
his hot breath in my ear as he whispered,
“Damn, princess, you’re so sexy.”
His hand slithered down the front my body,
fumbling with the buttons on my jeans.
The door swung open, the music blaring.
Suddenly, he crumpled to my feet.
Behind him stood my knight in shining armor.
She held a broken bottle, shards scattered on the floor.
I flung my arms around her,
let my head rest on her bony shoulder,
my crown falling to the floor.
