Nothing was more disappointing, if you're an avid Pretty Little Liars (PLL) fan, than the highly anticipated finale this season, where "A" was finally revealed. Here are some thoughts that were surfacing as the program took place.
What the hell is Emily wearing?
Okay, seriously Emily? Why are you wearing an all black outfit to prom, a prom you were banned from. And who wears a crown? Like, are you supposed to be the dark prom queen or something? Extremely confused by this poor outfit choice.
Aria looks like an attempted high fashion Snow White.
Nothing says prom like horrible outfit choices by the liars. Not only is Aria attempting the two piece prom dress, but it has a weird fabric peplum skirt. And she's wearing the tiniest, red, hair bow ever known to man. The liars are just striking out on these dresses.
O-M-G Ali is talking to A!
This episode didn't take longer than t-minus 5 seconds for them to show the big reveal ... more like the big flop.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? IT'S CECE? I WAITED OVER 125 EPISODES TO FIND OUT "A" WAS CECE?! THIS IS PURE RIDICULOUSNESS! LIKE, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!?
This was the biggest upset of the entire episode. I guess the creators of the show wanted to give watchers the opportunity to bow out, to watch something else, once they were completely pissed to find out who "A" was. I guess we should essentially be thanking the writers for making the disappointing reveal happen within a hot second. So, thank you PLL writers for allowing me to completely bitch and complain for the rest of the episode, since you knew how pissed I'd be that CeCe was "A."
Okay, so if CeCe is "A" and "A" is Charles, does that make "A" like a boy or a girl? Are they officially transgendered? I'm confused. When did this full transition actually happen? And why was CeCe dating her brother?! Like, that is incest! This is gross. Who dates their brother!!?
First of all, CeCe is gorgeous, so props to Charles for his gorgeous transition. However, why would she ever think it was okay to date Jason? Like, that just doesn't happen! This is a total Mean Girls moment! "Wow, Seth is looking fine tonight"..."He's your cousin"...."Yeah, but he's my first cousin, so you have your cousins, then your first cousins"..."No honey, mm-mm." Where was Gretchen Weiners to slap some sense into CeCe, or Charles or "A"!?
So, there is essentially no reason why CeCe was torturing the girls. Oh, okay, so this whole revealing of "A" makes perfect sense ...
Like, what!? CeCe tortured the girls because it was fun? Am I missing something here? I have never been so confused in my life in trying to understand why she even did all of this nonsense ...This show is starting to hurt my head.
If that wasn't enough, Sarah was the icing on the cake. And when Emily proceeded to bitch slap her, it was the single greatest moment of the entire show. That one slap seriously made up for the horrible reveal of "A," and was the only time I actually enjoyed any part of this entire show.
Wow, what was Sarah trying to accomplish ... why was she living in the bunker? I'm so incredibly confused. It's a bummer that Sarah wasn't "A." That would have been very interesting and watch-worthy.
Well, here they go again, ending their episodes with a time lapse. And Ali looks like an old woman. How is this show having another season? Haven't we suffered enough through this horrible season finale?
If this show comes completely full circle and the girls end up back in school (because they were clearly too old to be in high school anyway...like how long were they in high school like 6 seasons? They should be like 30 years-old by now)...it took the writers long enough to have them graduate. But on a serious note, who hired Ali as a teacher, especially at the same school that she was banned from graduation and prom? I can't watch this show anymore...
