A Prayer For God's Help

Our Heavenly Father, thank you for being the God You are. You are the God who loves us beyond belief. Your love is indescribable. Your love is uncontainable. You pursue us with relentless love that we cannot outrun. Where could we possibly go to where Your presence evades us? O Lord, when we cry out for help, You hear us. If we were to make our bed in the darkest pit, You would be there. If we were to climb the highest mountain, You would be there. Help us Father to remember that You are with us no matter where we go. In times of uncertainty, heartache, or unbelief, You will strengthen us. In days full of trials, You say to us “Be still and know that I am God.” Forgive us, Lord, when we try to lean on our own understanding. Help us to love others as You have loved us. God, we need You. It is in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit we pray. Amen.

May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.
