An Open Letter To The Person I Like

An open letter to the person I like:

You don't know this but I do

You don't know I like you

You ask what it is but I will not tell you

You don't know that your eyes dance like stars on the sky

They dance as it rains

Your voice is as thunderous as the lions

Yet soft as a mouse that lie in the Midwest plains

Your laugh is intoxicating

To the point of being able to be drunk off of it just by listing to it

Your hair falls into uneven patterns

Yet It matches your personality

You are anything, but imaginary

I know I won't see you for awhile

And that's okay

until the I will wait till the summer ends

For a while I'll send you messages and stupid pictures

But maybe one day I will tell you that I like you

But till then we are good friends

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
