This isn't your average summer playlist; that's just not how life is. We create these summer playlists so they get us in the mood of being free from school. But some of us aren't free from work and other responsibilities. Some of my friends are either in another country, concerts or lounging around at the beach. I can barely afford to take a day off, let alone take days to go on a vacation. But at the beginning of every morning, on route to and from work, I blast songs that I know will help me get through my day. Our music ranges from country to rock to techno. Everyone's style is different and that's what makes us unique. Simply, here the songs that get me through my day.

I can honestly tell you; I am a huge throwback type of person. My playlist is at least 200 songs; the way the songs speak to you is different than modern day music and that's what makes it a much stronger connection. We all have different styles of music, but what is important is that it reaches us in a way that makes us remember all the happiness in our lives.
