This all started during lunch. We saw a huge crowd around one of the tables and were wondering what was happening. So my friend and I decided to find out what was happening. When we got closer, we saw a desktop plugged to an outlet with two Xbox controllers connected to the desktop. There were two Asian guys playing fortnite during lunch!

My friend and I could not stop laughing at how he put so much effort by bringing a desktop to school just to play Fortnite. I took a Snapchat to show my other friends I was laughing for a solid 10 minutes.

That night I reflected upon what happened at school. I realized how this person inspired me to be grateful for what you do have and live life!

This means making a full use of what life offers you, even if it means to lug your desktop at school. I am always complaining about bringing my 3.57 pound Macbook Pro to school when in reality, I should appreciate the fact how thankful I am to have a computer that works. Something as simple as this made me envision the world in a different perspective.

This also made me recognized that he's enjoying his life by doing whatever he wants to do. Even if that means taking three bags of equipment to school just to play Xbox games during lunch. That's his motivation to get through the first five classes of school. Things small like this helped me recognize what life is truly about… pursuing your happiness!

Now, I would like for you all to take something away from this article by doing anything that makes you truly joyful.

One of my bucket list items is to go skydiving before I'm 21. It's all about doing things that you have dreamed to do but have not done it yet. I suggest you to create a bucket list of the things you would like to do. This will help you accomplish the goals you would like to do!

Another one of my bucket list to travel around the world and make a huge vlog for it. I have a mini diary that has the years I am going to travel to a specific location. Having a bucket list will allow you to say, "Wow, I actually did this," instead of just thinking of it.

I've had many thoughts about the opportunities I had to cross off an item from my bucket list, but I would get lazy and think, "I'll do this next year" or "I have plenty of time." I said that about high school, but now I have one more year with my high school friends, and then we are off to different colleges. So, do everything you want to do before you regret about it!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
