We all wish we could just pick certain traits from lots of different guys and roll them into one amazingly perfect boyfriend. So boys, take notes. This is the definition of the perfect boyfriend.

1. Girls want a guy that's thoughtful, AKA Nathan Scott. There are nine whole seasons of One Tree Hill for you guys to watch and learn. Nathan was Mr. Popular in high school but fell for the smart girl. At first glance, he seems to have a tough outer shell, but this guy has some heart. He loves Haley more than life and that's all a girl could ever ask for.

2. Tim Riggins stole our hearts from day one. The perfect guy would have hair as awesome as Tim's, but if you just can't pull that off, you can still learn from him. Tim is devoted. He might stumble along the way, but he never gives up. Girls want a guy who will never give up on them. Texas forever, Tim.

3. Damon Salvatore would give up anything for Elena. He waited for her while she dated his brother and never held it against her. Damon would do anything to protect Elena, even if that meant giving her up. He knows when to hold on and when to let go. (And I mean just look at those eyes.)

4. Chuck Bass is the ultimate ladies man. He treats Blair like the queen she is. Chuck knows how to treat a lady and make her feel like the only girl in the world.
