Party Themes You Love To Hate

Many sorority girls on campus have a love-hate relationship with themed parties. You like the idea of dressing up for a party but hate scrambling to find the perfect outfit.

Here are the top 3 party themes sorority girls around campus love to hate.

1. Beach. This theme can go one of two ways: girls wearing skimpy bikinis, or going rogue to avoid having to reveal too much. This seems like an easy theme to dress for, but to girls it's so much more. It means showing up to a party half naked, wearing only leis, just to be in a dark room with strobe lights.

2. Country Club. Fraternities are supposed to be "fratty" wearing Polo, Sperrys and Croakies, but let's be honest, no guy actually wears these things. Sorority girls are supposed to be prim and proper, wearing Lily Pulitzer and Jack Rogers to class, but you rarely see that either. So why does this theme still exist? It's fun to play "greek life dress up" once in a while, but no one wants to drop $200 on a Lily dress that will only be worn a handful of times.

3. Jungle. This is probably the one time girls can wear all animal print and get away with it. This theme can be a lot of fun if done properly. The only problem is finding the perfect outfit without looking tacky!
