How To Order The Starbucks Rainbow Drinks, And Others From The Secret Menu

For the past few years, there has been speculation about a secret menu from Starbucks, and some people swear it's real. Anything from a "Banana Cream Pie Frappuccino" to a "Butterbeer Latte," to secret sizes like the "short drink" that holds 8 oz. and a "trenta" that holds 31 oz. of your favorites can be found at a Starbucks--only if you know how to ask for it. Because no one really knows everything on the secret menu, many locations won't serve up some of the signature drinks you may read about online. However, Starbucks has recently released how you can purchase their famous "Rainbow" drinks, and some other fun concoctions from most locations.

Pink Drink: Strawberry Acai Starbucks Refreshers with coconut milk instead of water, with strawberries and/or blackberries

Purple Drink: Teavana Iced Passion Tango Tea with soymilk instead of water, and vanilla syrup and blackberries.

Orange Drink: Orange mango juice with vanilla bean powder, a splash of coconut milk, and orange wedges.

Green Drink: Teavana Iced Black Tea with coconut milk instead of water, and matcha.

Blue Drink: Teavana Iced Passion Tango Tea with soy milk instead of water, and vanilla syrup.

After diligently researching the secret Starbucks menu, there are some secret drinks that Starbucks locations will definitely serve if you simply just ask for it, which goes against the misconception that you would need to order a certain drink with a bunch of add-ons or say a secret password to get something from the secret menu.

Banana Cream Pie Frappuccino

Ingredients: Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, 1-2 pumps of vanilla and hazelnut syrup, 1 whole banana

How To Order: Order a "Vanilla Bean Cream Frappuccino" with add-ons--ask for an extra pump or two of vanilla and hazelnut syrup, with a whole banana blended in.

Raspberry Cheesecake Mocha Frappuccino

Ingredients: White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino, 1-3 pumps raspberry syrup, optional vanilla sprinkles.

How To Order: ask them to make this special drink.

Butterbeer Latte

Ingredients: whole milk steamer, 2-4 pumps caramel syrup, 2-4 pumps toffee nut syrup, 2-4 pumps cinnamon dolce syrup, whipped cream and salted caramel bits, optional shots of espresso

How To Order: ask them to make this special drink.

Thin Mint Frappuccino

Ingredients: Tazo Green Tea Creme Frappuccino, 2 pumps chocolate syrup, 1 pump mint syrup, java chips, and honey

How To Order: ask them to make this special drink.

Nutella Drink

Ingredients: Caffe Misto, 1 pump chocolate syrup, 1 pump hazelnut syrup, and caramel drizzle

How To Order: ask your barista to make this special drink.

These are just a few examples, but if you're curious about any more concoctions, Hack The Menu gives you the breakdown of what locations these can be found, what's exactly in them, and how to order them. Happy drinking!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
