Dear Future Me,
I'm writing this to you to show you how you were five years ago and see how future me is doing. To be honest, you were an emotional 21 year old. For being a young woman, you accomplished a lot in your life, but to you, it wasn't enough. Your best could always be better. I hope your demeanor about yourself has changed drastically because you had little belief in yourself at times. You second guessed your abilities even though you were such an exceptional individual. Though you may have been faced with many obstacles, you were very strong. You were determined to achieve every goal you created for yourself, and you did, no matter how difficult the task was for you.
You are a beautiful, educated woman with so much going for yourself. You were destined for greatness, so I know that by now, you are very successful. You have touched many lives, and you have left your mark on the world. Young people are saying, "When I grow up, I want to be just like Zenesia." (Well, at least the ones you had the chance to encounter.) Digressing a bit to some questions. Are you happy? Are you married? How's the family doing? Where do you stay? Also, are you still writing? If not, you should start again. It's your escape. It's how you express yourself to the world.

I hope life has been pleasing to you thus far. You have so much more in store for you. If things aren't going so well, it's okay. Failing is apart of growth. As long as you keep striving towards your goal, you will achieve it. When you finish reading this letter, write another letter to yourself. Tell yourself what's going on with your life. Future you will love to know. Remember, smile. Life is filled with trials and mistakes. Learn from them, and grow. Your journey is only beginning.
Love,
21-year-old Zenesia
