Let me start out by saying thank you for loving me unconditionally. I bet, at times, it was pretty tough. I'm not sure if I'm killing you or making you feel younger. It seems to go back an forth some days. I've tested my boundaries more than I probably should have when I was growing up. My hat goes off to you for always putting me before yourselves.
Yes, I know. I'm considered an adult now. I'm trying to be. Adulting is so hard. I don't really like it. I still make mistakes; it seems like I do it on a regular basis. I tend to learn from them; I'll continue to grow from all of it. You'll continue to be there for me. Thank you!
I just want to thank for teaching me to believe in myself and never letting me give up on things I struggle with. I couldn't be more appreciative for the consistent support you still continue to give me. You've both helped me in so many ways, more than you'll ever know at times. I could never repay you back for the generosity.
Mom, thank you for being the shoulder I can cry on and the emotional support I need. Thank you for being the person I can come to you continuously when I mess up in life. We both know I'm a walking disaster, for the most part. As you know, you're my biggest supporter when it comes to chasing my dreams; Dad, being a close second.
As for you, Dad, thank you for being the push I need. You're my second biggest supporter, but you're my biggest critic. For that, I thank you. You continue to drive me to continue my education and career, pushing me to become a better individual for society. Also, a big thank you for being the only man in my life I can count on.
In the end, I will never be able to express how lucky I am to have you two as parents. Two people who selflessly continue to support and love me. People who accept who I am and continue to love me through all of it.
