To my family:
As a college student, this is the first time I'm truly away from all of you. That being said, I've learned to appreciate you more than ever. You have been there for me through all the tough weeks, accomplishments and stress of the last several months. It's hard to be away from you guys, but in a way I feel as though being away from you all has taught me just how much I appreciate you, and it has taught me to make the most out of the time we spent together. It has taught me just how much I depend on you al for support and guidance.
I know I don't always call you every day, but I just want you to know that that doesn't mean that I am not thinking about you. I am so appreciative of the support I have received from all of you, it has guided me through tough days and given me motivation when I needed it most.
The times we do get to squeeze in a phone call or even receiving a text from you have the ability to turn any day around, for the better. When you finally get a chance to come visit, I couldn't be more excited. I am so happy to get a chance to see/talk to any of you.
To my parents: Thank you for pushing me to get to where I am today, and giving me the opportunity to pursue my education even further. You have fought so hard to get me here and I couldn't be more thankful for that. Thank you, I love you.
To my sister: Spending time apart never even crossed my brain, as we've spent nearly every second together. But, I have such appreciation and love for our relationship. You have been a friend, cheerleader and companion to me for the longest time now, I couldn't ask for better. I miss and love you so much.
Lastly...To my pets: nothing makes me more excited than the moment I walk in the door after being away and seeing you guys, I miss you so much.
Being away from all of you has taught me so many things, independence being one of them but most of all, it has taught me how much I love and appreciate all of you.
I love you,
Your sister/daughter
