An Open Letter To The Guy I Am Going To Miss In 2016

Hello,

I will wake up one day and you will be the first thing that comes to mind. I will look back and think about us laughing and goofing off. I will look back and you will be someone I used to know. You will be someone I wish I knew. I will miss even the smallest memories. I will wish I could remember your voice. I will wish that you knew how I was.

I hope you think of me when you listen to the radio and wish I was sitting next to you in your car singing along. I hope you remember what it felt like to lay next to me. I hope you remember when i laughed at your jokes even if they were not funny. I hope you remember my favorite song. I hope when my birthday passes you wish you could have said happy birthday.

I hope one day I see you. I hope you get to do all of the things you want to do. I hope you become the person you talk about being and you find someone you can be happy with. I will miss you then, as I do now. I wish things would have happened differently. One day I hope you look back and you miss me because I will be missing you.
